As a school restaurant we are inspired by a classical Parisian confectionery tradition which we constantly enrich and upgrade with innovations and creations. In our confectionery workshop we make crispy croissants, decadent macarons, juicy pies, delicious cakes and other sweet delicacies which are a part of a season or momentary inspiration. All desserts can be carried home in a take away package.
